1. Operator and scope
IconFlowLabs is operated and sold by SynerTech Labs SNC, a general partnership registered in the commercial register (Canton of Jura), c/o Thomas Lerch, Rue Saint-Maurice 5, 2852 Courtételle, Switzerland. UID: CHE-453.189.926. Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover individuals and businesses; acting for an organisation requires authority to bind it.
2. Definitions
Service means IconFlowLabs. Account means your personal access. Submitted Content includes texts, instructions and materials supplied; Generated Content means outputs. Credits are Service usage units with no exchangeable monetary value; a Pack is a one-time credit purchase.
3. Eligibility and age
The Service is restricted to people aged 18 or older. Purchases also require legal capacity to contract. This rule does not mean that technical age or identity verification takes place.
4. Account and security
Provide accurate, current information, protect credentials and report unauthorised access. One account per user unless authorised in writing. Multiple accounts must not circumvent quotas, prices or suspensions. A work email alone does not give your employer administrator access.
